Rental Rates

Rates:

From £500 for a weekend/ £700 per week in low season.

Typical high season price: £1250- 1500 per week in July, August and at Christmas. A minimum 7 night stay applies to these periods.

Please contact us for rates for your required dates. You will always get a more competitive price if you book directly.

We do not currently have facilities available at the property for electric vehicle charging. However, we are looking to provide the necessary infrastructure in the future and will include a supplemental charge on the nightly rates when it is utilised.

Summary of booking terms (full terms provided on request and at the time of booking)

Payment:

Booking Deposit: 50% of the rent is due on completion of the Booking Form

The balance is due at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.

A refundable security deposit of £500 is due at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation:

If the Customer cancels the booking more than 60 days before the Start Date the Owner shall be entitled to retain a £100.00 administration fee but the Owner will refund all other sums paid by the Customer

Cancellation between 30 days and 60 days from the Start Date – the Owner retains 50% of the Rent and will refund all other sums paid by the Customer

Cancellation between 0 days and 30 days from the Start Date – the Owner retains 100% of the Rent and will refund all other sums paid by the Customer.

If the Customer has not paid the Rent and Security Deposit by the dates specified the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the booking.
